Inclusive EAP and wellbeing provider supporting your diverse workforce with culturally-sensitive counselling services.

EAP Counselling support

This is not “just another EAP provider”.

At eqilibr, we are highly aware that diversity and multiculturalism are important hallmarks of Australia. This naturally translates into cultural diversity in the workplace, which comes with very unique challenges to consider when addressing employee mental health and wellbeing.

Yet, there is very little support to help foreign professionals and their families settle down and navigate their Australian life - from adjusting to new systems (workplace, housing, healthcare, education, …) to reinventing their life away from their family and friends - which can significantly affect their mental load and working capacity.

Being multi-national and multi-lingual professionals who have lived across 4 continents (Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania), we have experienced these challenges first hand and we get it. This is why we are offering counselling services that are down to earth, humane, and tailored to support culturally diverse individuals and teams.
